All-State awards are given in each sport by the WCA according to the following criteria: Only current WCA member coaches may  nominate and vote for All-State award players. All-State nominees in Basketball must be 1st team All-Conference selections. The WCA is not responsible for any criteria or selection process used in selecting All-Conference awards and we do not recognize 2nd/3rd team or honorable mention awards. Criteria for All-State selections in the previously listed sports are left up to the sports associations. All ties must be broken.

All-State Awards:

The Wyoming Coaches Association recognizes fourteen (14) student-athletes in each classification (1A, 2A, 3A, 4A) for both girls & boys as WCA All-State.
